What a great idea! As a mom, academic, and recent PhD I understand how difficult it is to have a family and work in an academic setting. While I have been fortunate to be in a workplace that offers some flexibility with class schedules, I am still working as a visiting, trying to find a tenure-track job that will be a good opportunity for me as well as be good for my family and my husband, who is also an academic. I would love the chance to submit something! Thank you for providing a “room of our own” for working moms.
